Megan O'Leary
Stylist
Megan has been a hairstylist for 8 years and counting. Hair has always been a passion for her, even before becoming a licensed stylist, she would play with her friends and family’s hair. It always felt so natural for her!.
She particularly finds joy in formal styles. They take a lot of thought, dedication and creativity. Color has her heart. She loves creating dimensional colors such as blondes, reds, browns, you name it and she can create it!
She is a mother of two wonderful sons, Cameron and Riley. So when she’s not behind the chair creating, she’s enjoying her free time with them.
If you book with her, rest assured she will treat you like family, and not only that, she will achieve the kind of hair that you envisioned!
This is an art form for her, so she takes her time and much consideration to ensure you are the happiest and most satisfied with your end results. Your hair needs and hair goals matter!
Haley Gualano
Haley was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was a stylist in an elite Intercoiffure salon for 5 years. She had taken classes for Balayage, French cutting, advanced color techniques with L’Oreal, Kérastase and core cutting courses with Toni and Guy.
She was a Master Stylist at a European Spa and Salon in Tampa. She is certified with Bellami hair extensions, and in several keratin services including Brazilian Blowout.
Winn Haslam
Stylist
Born and raised in Bradenton, Winn is one of a handful of salon professionals who hold both a cosmetology license, and a degree in Chemistry.
He received his BLA from New College of Florida and worked as an educator in South Korea, prior to pursuing his career behind the chair.
Always continuing his education, Winn has attended classes with multiple industry legends, including top celebrity-stylist Tracey Cunningham, French Balayage master Jack Howard, and dimensional blonding revolutionary Adina Pignatare; His mission is bringing the most in-demand color techniques back home to Bradenton, for you!
We specialize in customized makeup for both personal and corporate headshots. I work closely with the photographer and stylist to maximize the production of the shoot to ensure high quality professional headshots.
Cathryn Mattay
Kathryn is new to Bésame Studio, but not new to the area: Kathryn was born and raised on Anna Maria Island and she has over 30 years of experience working at salons on Longboat Key and St. Armand’s circle.
With her many years of experience, and her passion for hair styling, she can create the perfect hair styles for men and women. She enjoys meeting people from all over the world!
We welcome Kathryn to our salon, and we know you will immediately feel her warm touch and massive experience when you meet her!
Olga Pikula
Makeup Artist & Beauty Coach
Olga is our passionate and skilled makeup artist with a flair for enhancing natural beauty and creating captivating looks.
Born and raised in Poland and now being a happy Florida resident, Olga’s 8 years of experience in the industry has honed her craft to perfection, earning a reputation for precision, creativity, and professionalism.
Specializing in the transformative power of makeup, Olga has a versatile skill set that allows her to cater to a diverse clientele. Whether it’s creating flawless Bridal looks that withstand tears of joy, crafting bold and avant-garde editorial looks that push boundaries, or executing intricate special effects makeup for film and television, she approach each project with creativity and attention to detail.
