CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

We are unable to fill missed appointments or late cancellations at short notice.

We value the time of our stylists and we most certainly value the time of our beloved clients.

Therefore, failure to provide sufficient notice may mean that we need to charge you 50% of your scheduled service cost that will need to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

To cancel appointments out of salon hours please leave a message on our voicemail and our salon manager will return your call on the following business day.
